We collect information from you when you choose to use our App and/or Services. In order to use our App and/or receive related Services, you will be required to register and provide us with certain Personal Data upon registration, including your name, email address, birthday (month and year), age, gender, information about your family situation (married/single/children), and, if relevant, information about your partner (name and birthday), children (name and birthday), home address, and car.

As part of the Services, you will have the opportunity to add or upload detailed information, documents, and pictures related to your lifestyle. All information is provided at your sole discretion and based on your voluntary decision to provide such information. By providing additional information, we will be able to provide you with improved services or features, though no additional information is strictly required.

Materials that you upload may include, but are not limited to the following categories:

• Personal Identity Information – such as, without limitation, a driver’s license, passport and passport card, social security card, visas, or personal ID card;

• Medical – information such as insurance cards, checkup forms, medical reports, medical history appointment information, and prescriptions;

• Home – including information related to homeowners' insurance, deeds, lease agreements, utilities, bills, maintenance;

• Car – information such as insurance cards and coverage documentation, mileage, and maintenance information and documentation;

• Education and Extra-Curricular Activities – information such as report cards and assessments, curriculum information, school and camp enrollment forms, participation authorization forms and waivers, transportation information, tuition data;

• Financial and tax information - including copies of credit cards, spending reports, bank statements and tax filings and related tax information.

Materials can also be uploaded by forwarding emails to the App, which may be automatically saved within the App.

You may also choose to give the App access to certain information within your mobile device, such as your calendar, contacts, and images. You may also choose to give the App access to your GPS to allow us to collect geo-location data.

If you make payments within the App, you will be required to provide certain payment details to the third-party payment processor.

In addition, when you use the App, certain information may be gathered automatically about your mobile device, including non-Personal Data, such as your device type and Personal Data such as your device ID, and browsing history, usage sessions and any information regarding your viewing and purchase history on our App.
